Program Coordinator of Information Technology

Salem State University (September 2013 - Present)


  1. Worked on the development of a new Bachelors in IT program of study from ground up.
    The new IT program took about 5 years of dedicated work and was finally approved by the Board of Higher Education.

  2. Working on the growth of the new IT program that began offering Bachelor of IT courses starting Fall 2018.

  3. Chairing IT program related committees.


Program Director of Information Technology

South University (July 2011 - August 2013)


  1. Scheduling on-ground classes at South University.

  2. Recruit and recommend adjunct and full time faculty for employment.

  3. Prepare performance evaluations for full-time and part-time faculty within the Department of Information Technology.

  4. Prepare yearly course schedules for Information Technology in conjunction with the College Dean of Academic Affairs.

  5. Setting up Program Advisory Committee (PAC) consisting of people from academia and industry for discussing the present standards of IT curriculum.

  6. Administer the annual budget for the Department of Information Technology.

  7. Resolve faculty and student problems related to instruction.

  8. Serve on college-wide committees.

  9. Quality Enhancement Program (QEP) Committee Member.

  10. Advise and mentor students to ensure an effective learning environment.

  11. Coordinating the assessment and development of IT program.

  12. Attend Weekly meetings for Continuing Student Review (CSR).

  13. Advising and Mentoring Students at South University.
